Fantasies are unspoken dreams without bounds or prejudice one can achieve regardless of age.
The Midnight Fantasy spell warns the wearer of the ring it enchants, "Be careful what you fantasize, it may come true."
An old, silver ring engraved with a design resembling "runes,” from an obscure Celtic tribe, falls into the hands of Desmond (Des) Mallay, who makes a living at selling computer parts over the phone. After a series of strange dreams occur with co-worker Tricia Meade, Des accuses her of pulling him into the reveries they share. How did this happen? Each one is unique and separate from the other, yet they both witness what the other does, until one day, the dream/fantasy becomes reality continuing with romance, conflict, and a lot of laughs.
Midnight Fantasy the Novel
When I wrote Midnight Fantasy the novel, I had a vision of an enchanted ring allowing a person to experience of series of what they want in life, fantasy/dream if you will. These series of fantasy/dreams will eventually become real when the person wearing the ring finally decides what their real fantasy was. I wanted the characters to be older so that I could show the world that no matter the age, they could achieve their heart's desire. Therefore, the phrase, "Fantasies are unspoken dreams without bounds or prejudice that one can achieve regardless of age."
Desmond Mallay is a charming man in his late forties/early fifties, handsome who is in love with Tricia a beautiful, sweet woman of the same age. She doesn't realize that she's in love with him and blows him off everytime he asks her to go out.
At first, no one knows why Desmond and Tricia are doing guest spots in each other's dreams, until one day, Desmond's dreams become a reality. He's a famous movie star with Tricia as his co-star, aka Cheyenne.
Midnight Fantasy is the name of the spell that's on a ring Desmond bought from a New Age store.
